The Future of Swiss Business Hotels in Urban Areas

This project was designed and run while the Covid19 pandemic was still a huge burden for local business hotels; the guiding question was; how should business hotels reinvent themselves in the medium and long term by generating a deep understanding of possible new revenue streams and strategic approaches for the future respectively. This project has been designed to address the acceleration of the innovation process in the medium and long term, propelling the urban hotel business towards new business models in a constantly changing environment.
