Julneth Rogenhofer is a Research Assistant at EHL Hospitality Business School and a PhD candidate from the University of Valencia. Her research interests include sustainable business models in the service industry, exploratory research methodologies, and natural language processing. She has participated in various research projects focusing on topics such as sustainability transitions, sustainability training, food waste management, and the application of LLMs for recruitment, which has led to her participation in numerous international conferences and the publication of academic and media articles.
