Our aim is to showcase EHL not only as a center of teaching excellence, but also as a dynamic research hub and reference point for the industry’s advancement.
For the past 10 years, EHL faculty has been researching and developing innovative solutions to help hospitality businesses and education improve performance in an ever-changing landscape. This has included research into new technology, data analytics, customer service, sustainability, food safety, crises resilience and many relevant topics impacting all areas of the service industry and hospitality education.
With over 40 research associates and industry experts, EHL research findings are an increasingly referenced source of reliable and insightful information upon which the sector relies. Whether published in scientific journals or cited at industry forums, the voice of EHL research is gathering momentum as we enter into a new, exciting era of hospitality economy.
