Heo, C. received the Best Paper Award for her paper “An Interpretable Machine Learning Method for Hotel Demand Forecasting” at the EuroCHRIE Conference 2023 in Vienna.

Heo, C. was included in the 2023 ranking of the top 2% of the world's scientists, compiled by Stanford University and published on October 4th by Elsevier.
