Project Description
The present project's first goal is to understand better job seekers’ motivations for using professional social media and how these motivations influence the kind of information job seekers put on these platforms. The second goal relates to the importance of professional social media regarding job search success. The third goal addresses how hiring organizations can benefit from professional social media for selecting the right candidates.
