Project Description

The effects of Covid-19 on how people interact have been tremendous. Virtual interaction has taken an unprecedented presence in business life and has remained in the post pandemic era. Because virtual and physical contexts are different, the specificity of the setting impacts networking and how individual develop, maintain, and use relations. The purpose of this project is to identify and propose effective virtual networking practices that will help Swiss SMEs adapt to the new modes of interaction. This project investigates the situational, interpersonal, and individual factors that enable and constrain virtual networking in the context of Swiss SMEs.
