Project Description

The project was interested in Swiss hotels and how they train hotel staff about SDGs. The project, first, intended to understand the state of awareness/knowledge of hospitality employees in the operation department in relation to SDGs. Second, the project sought out detecting urgent matters related to sustainability in daily operations. Third, the project developed a short SDG-focused training programme for employees in operations department.
