Dr. Alessandro Inversini

Full Professor

Dr. Inversini is an expert in digital communication with extensive international academic experience, having worked at Università della Svizzera italiana, Bournemouth University, and Henley Business School. He has also engaged with industry as a consultant and as Managing Director of ticinoinfo SA, a regional competence center for digital media innovation in travel.

Ronald Sone is a Research Assistant at EHL Hospitality Business School. He holds an MSc in Business Administration and previously worked as a business data processing specialist. His interests include entrepreneurship, innovation, sustainability, generative AI, and change management.
