Sébastien Fernandez, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL). He received his BSc and MSc in Psychology from the University of Lausanne and his PhD in Differential Psychology from the University of Geneva. He has taught courses in human behavior and performance, talent assessment, psychology, and interpersonal relations.
